A Legacy of Organic Winemaking
Since planting their first Cabernet vines in 1976, Grant and Marie built their hillside vineyard. Though they’ve since passed on grape-growing responsibilities, they continue to sell award-winning wines, including:
- Cabernet Sauvignon (2015 & 2016 vintages)
- Grenache & Syrah blends
- Zinfandel, Merlot, Radar Red (Bordeaux blend)
- Portuguese varietals for Port-style wines
Multiple wines have won Gold Medals at the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition.
All wines are organically grown and crafted, and yes—they taste as good as they sound.
Wine Tasting with a View
Tastings take place at the vineyard’s scenic hilltop location, where on a clear day, you can spot:
- Mount Diablo, 100 miles away
- The Sacramento skyline
- Sierra Nevada peaks, including Tahoe and Squaw Valley
Guests are invited to bring their own food and enjoy a relaxed picnic-style tasting. This free wine tasting tradition is a gesture of hospitality, and most visitors show appreciation by purchasing a few bottles to take home.
